Challenge

How can the training and familiarization of new employees be facilitated and promoted? Respectively, how to support learning of new things or procedures for experienced workers?

 

Background

The hospital has a lot of different environments and facilities. For a new employee the hospital may looks like a mess of different rooms, activities, systems and professionals. However, a new employee should be able to find the essential locations, passageways, equipment etc. efficiently. How to get started? Optionally, you could direct your considerations to the experienced employees. The facilities are constantly changing, the systems are renewed, and the treatment sequences change. How would the experienced employees remain involved or get engaged with the change?

IFC and FBX models will be handed out on-site.

There are five HTC Vives and 10 Samsung VRs available for development, testing, and for some gaming.
